Presentation Guidelines
We will arrange all presentations in online style. The final program including the date and time of each presentation will be available on the website before the end of August, 2020. The relevant Zoom Meeting ID#’s will be announced
On-Line ICAMPS2020 Presentation Guidelines
Instruction for Oral Presentation
- The oral presentation will be fully on-line via Zoom Meeting Application. ICAMPS2020 organizer will provide help in assisting the preparation and presentation of each presenter before and during the presentation. The Zoom Meeting ID# will be given before the conference date.
- Total presentation time including Q&A is the followings:
- Plenary talk: 60 minutes
- Invited talk: 20 minutes
- Contributed talk: 15 minutes - The presenter should prepare a presentation and make an on-line presentation (LIVE) at the scheduled time/date (via Zoom Meeting Application). The presenter may prepare a pre-recorded presentation (**only if the presenter cannot present at the specified time/date due to EMERGENCY reason) and send to the organizer. Please contact icamps2020@gmail.com for more detail.
- Plenary talks will be presented in the Main Meeting Room (with all the conference participants), while invited talks will be presented in a specific session room. Session A – Meeting Room A, Session B – Meeting Room B, and Session C – Meeting Room C. Each room will be controlled and assisted by session chair, co-chair and conference organizer.
- To stimulate the exchange of ideas (as the main purpose of the conference), the presenter is encouraged to make yourself available during and after your presentation schedule to answer/address possible questions from conference participants. The ICAMPS2020 will provide a chat-room for conference participants to exchange comments during the on-line broadcasting.
Instruction for Poster Presentation
(Poster is replaced by a short 5-min oral presentation – power point slide style)
- The poster presentation will be fully replaced by a short 5-min presentation via Zoom Meeting Application. ICAMPS2020 organizer will provide help in assisting the preparation and presentation of each presenter before and during the presentation.
- The presenter could make an on-line (via Zoom Meeting Application) short 5-min summary presentation or prepare a pre-recorded presentation and send to the ICAMPS2020 organizer. However, we encourage each presenter to present live so that interactions between participants would be more active. More details will soon be provided via email and on ICAMPS2020 website.

The ICAMPS2020 will provide a chat-room for conference participants to exchange comments during the on-line broadcasting.
